Shipping Policy
How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping within Canada and USA is free if you spend over $50.00 on your purchase. If your order is under $50.00 you will be charged $13.00 for shipping within Canada, and $10.00 shipping to USA. Fit For A Princess beauty is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to investigate and look into the matter as Customer Service is our priority.
International Shipping
Fit For A Princess Beauty offers international shipping. Any orders placed outside of Canada and USA will be charged $20 USD for standard air international shipping. If you order more than $70 USD in products, you will qualify for free shipping. Please note, the shipping promotions are subject to change at any time.
What shipping methods do you use?
All orders are shipped out of Ontario, Canada. At this time Canada Post is our primary shipping method. For international orders, Canada Post will transport the item to your country via air or surface, until it is handed over to your main postal carrier in your country such as USPS (USA).
How long will it take for my order to arrive after my purchase?
Due to the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, shipments may be delayed beyond our control. Generally once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 days to process and ship the order. It may take anywhere between 3-10 business days for your order to arrive. This depends on the shipment method you've chosen, and if you're shopping from an international destination (outside of Canada). We will send you an email confirming that your order has been placed, and also a shipment email to follow.
I am an international customer, will I be charged duties, customs, tariffs, handling, or VAT fees?
Duties and customs costs and fees are regulated and controlled by your Countries local border officials. You may be subject to pay these fees which are not included in your total purchase, nor covered by Fit For A Princess Beauty.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased?
At this time Fit For A Princess Beauty does not offer any exchanges on purchased items due to health and safety regulations and COVID-19 precautions. If you are unsatisfied with your items, please email us at info@fitforaprincessbeauty.com within 14 days of the item being received.
We will be happy to assist you! Please note that if your item is damaged or defective, photos would need to be sent to verify this information.
Am I able to cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped out. Please email us to cancel your order as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped out will not be eligible for cancellation.
How can track my order?
