Do I need to create an account to make my purchases?
No, you can checkout as guest. You do have the option to create an account in which you can easily view your order history, receive exclusive discount offers by email, checkout faster, and be the first to know about our newest products!
I forgot my password, how do I login to my account?
Select the "forgot your password" icon in the account/login page to reset your password.
What currency are my orders charged in?
You can view various currencies from our currency converter on our page. Whichever currency you choose, you will be charged accordingly.
I did not receive a confirmation email after I made my purchase, what do I do?
Confirmation emails may take up to 30 minutes to receive if a high number of orders have been placed within the period you made your purchase. If you still have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please email us and we would be happy to look into your request and purchase.
Is Fit For A Princess Beauty cruelty free?
Yes! We are proudly 100% cruelty free (yes this includes our mink lashes) and take pride in quality control! We align all of our standards to follow health and safety measures in accordance to health Canada regulations.
Do you offer wholesale items?
At this time we do not offer any wholesale items from our store.
